A Zen Shiatsu treatment is beneficial for all ages and every stage of life.

I recommend not to have an abundant meal right before the treatment and not to plan important meetings afterwards in order to allow your body and mind to relax.

• CLOTHING
  As you are keeping your clothes on it is important to wear comfortable clothes such as t-shirt and sweat pants and please bring a pair of socks, ideally made of natural materials (cotton, wool).

• EXPENSE
  A shiatsu treatment costs €60 and lasts 60 minutes.
